Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit once the return is processed
If the item was not marked as a gift:

Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us first to receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
